Returns Policy

At High and Mighty we know it can be tricky to get the right size and style when you start shopping with us. If you have found that your purchases aren’t right, we have a few options to try and ensure that we can help you get what you were looking for. Please note that the options outlined below are in addition to your statutory rights.

ALL RETURNED ITEMS

To accept and process any returns we need you to return any items within 14 days of receiving/purchasing the goods, enclosing the original invoices.  All items must be unwashed, unworn, unsoiled and unused in their original condition with all tags attached, accompanied by any other associated packaging. Goods returned must be in a saleable condition. The above is applicable for all purchases both online or in store.

Online- Unfortunately at this point we are not in a position to process any online transactions in any of our retail stores. This is explained to you via our online processes outlined below.

In store- Our existing options of an exchange or credit note for any returns remains unchanged.

ONLINE RETURNS

If you need to return your item we are happy to provide free return on your initial purchase. Please note that at this point can only be made online via post as outlined below. Please be aware that any online purchases can not be processed if returned in store.

Please note that any subsequent returns following the initial purchase and return on the same order will incur postage and handling charges. To arrange your free** return or for an additional trackable label for a subsequent return please email us to arrange an eParcels label. Once you have been provided with an eParcel label for your items to be sent back to us free of charge** please complete the returns/exchanges form enclosed in your parcel so that we are able to understand how best we can help you. Please complete this form with as much detail included to better enable us to meet your needs.

If necessary we will then get in touch, so we can look at different size or style options for your return. You may need to provide us with measurement details or refer to an existing items/size that fits you well. If there are any additional postage charges incurred you will be notified prior to any charges being processed.

Underwear returns:

For hygiene reasons, underwear can only be exchanged when it has not been tried on and is in its original packaging. Additional information regarding any exchanges of underwear is available in your delivery or from emailing us prior to your purchase.

ONLINE EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your purchase, please complete the Exchanges/Returns form provided in your parcel and enclose it with your returned item. Please inform us of the style, size and colour that you would prefer along with any relevant sizing information containing the exchanged item to be processed. If applicable any discounts received will be carried over in an exchange. We will notify you via email once your exchange has been processed and if an additional balances need to be paid.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrectly identified item purchased online we will pay for the packaging and postage costs, please email us to arrange the eParcels labels. There will be no further delivery charges for any subsequent associated postages relating to that specific order receipt. This must be completed within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Courier costs incurred without prior approval by High & Mighty cannot be accepted.  All returned items must be sent through the provided trackable/registered mailing service.

ONLINE REFUNDS

Refunds will only be processed against the original EFTPOS/Credit Card used to purchase the original items via our online payment gateway.

If you have requested a refund for your online purchase, we will notify you via email once your refund has been processed. A refund for an online purchase is exclusive of any postage charges. Sale items are subject to the same returns policy. For some reason you have not received your return labels or other forms please email us.

RETURN OF INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International returns or exchanges must be made through our Customer Service Team. Please contact us so that we may assist you.

LOST ITEMS

As High and Mighty is not liable for the loss of an item being returned, we recommend that you return it using trackable/registered mail. If you have not received a confirmation of receipt email within 5 working days of you lodging your return, please contact us with your return details and tracking information.

IN STORE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

To enable us to process your request to return an item we need you to return any purchases within 14 days of purchasing the goods.  The items must be unwashed, unworn, unsoiled and unused in their original condition with all tags attached, accompanied by any other associated packaging and the original receipts. Goods returned must be in a saleable condition.

Re Bathers and Underwear: Bathers must be tried on wearing full briefs and returns will only be accepted in instances where all tags are intact and the garment has clearly not been worn or soiled. 

For hygiene reasons, underwear can only be exchanged where it has not been tried on and has not been removed from its original packaging.

In addition to your statutory rights when returning an item in store you will be given the option of an exchange or credit note only.

CREDIT NOTES

Credit notes will be issued against the original purchasers details logged in the store system.  To receive a credit note you will need to have the original receipt and provide ID for the credit note to be issued. Credit notes can be redeemed in store by using the credit note voucher code at the register and you may be asked to present ID to ensure the details are correct.
